Brodie Hacken is a member of our On-Call Consultants team. He advises clients in numerous areas of law, including criminal, real estate, collections, and consumer finance. Brodie is a creative, aggressive, and compassionate advocate for his clients.

Brodie received his BA in Political Science from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota (Winona, MN) and his JD from Hamline University School of Law. Prior to entering the field of law, Brodie worked as a recruiter in the transportation industry, giving him a background in small business that eventually led to him choosing to open a solo practice. Brodie owned and operated his own practice for seven years, focusing most of his efforts on criminal defense. Brodie also represented clients in the areas of real estate transactions, landlord-tenant issues, administrative law, and civil litigation.

When he’s not at the office, Brodie enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and two dogs. Brodie is an avid sports fan, closely following all of the major Minnesota professional teams. Brodie has always had a passion for music and enjoys playing piano, guitar, and trombone. Brodie is also actively involved with his undergraduate alma mater as a member of SMUMN’s Alumni Board of Directors.
